In an increasingly global marketplace, small and medium -sized enterprises (SMEs) are compelled to find and leverage any opportunity they can to remain competitive and stay ahead of the curve. However, these past two years defined by uncertainty and disruption have made gaining a competitive advantage a business imperative for SMEs.
Small businesses bore the brunt of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, with many having to close their doors for long periods of time and shift towards a remote or hybrid work environment. In fact, research by the McKinsey Agile Tribe shows that agile organisations have a 70% chance of being in the top quartile of organisational health – one of the best indicators of long-term performance.
