Her earnings from her movie musical film, La La Land, is the reason behind the bulk of her pay. Stone’s portrayal of a struggling actress and barista picked up rave reviews from the critics and the film collected $445.3 million at the global box office.
Stone has beaten other Hollywood big names like Jennifer Aniston who came in second with $25.5 million, thanks to her roles in films like The Yellow Bird. But Aniston makes most of her money from endorsing various brands like Emirate Airlines, Aveeno and Smartwater.
In December 2016, Aniston sold her stake Hair-care line Living Proof to Unilever which added to her bottom line.
