DURBAN - Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba is set to deliver his Medium Term Budget Policy Speech on Wednesday in Parliament amid trying economic times.

The Minister will discuss many hot topics relating to State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), alleged increases in taxes and the R2,2 trillion debt that South Africa has found itself in.
