DURBAN - Online property site Private Property have launched their own app that introduces the first property feed to the market. 

The new "feed" feature will change the way future homeowners find their next property by making it easy for them to search for properties online.

Combining both user-feedback and more innovative technology, Private Property has revamped the app to allow for a more simple and engaging user experience. 

Introducing property search, without the search

Users of the app can utilise the intuitive interface to simply search numerous properties that are for sale or rent across South Africa. 

The main feature of the app, however, removes the need to search for the app manually. The app which utilises a social-media like feed that will notify users of new properties in real time. 

All app users have to do is follow the suburbs that they are interested in and they will start to get push notifications as soon as corresponding properties become available.

Fully customisable feed

The feed from the app makes sure that time-pressed property shoppers don't miss out on new properties if they can not go on to the website. 

Users of the app can adjust their property feed by using the filters of the app. They can also filter their results using criteria like property type and price. This ensures that the user only gets the property that is most relevant to them.

Content-rich property experience

With rich detail available on the app, users will be able to get a proper idea of what the property is like without having to physically visit it. 

Users will be able to see detailed descriptions of the property as well high-resolution photos and a high-definition video walkthrough of the property. 

If the user is interested in the property then he/she can contact the agent through the app to arrange a viewing. 

Share properties easily 

If the property shopper needs a second opinion, then they can easily share the property with friends and family using WhatsApp, social media or email. 

The app is available for both iOS and Android.
