Dutta won the Miss Universe crown in 2000. Her finalist interview score, 9,99, is the highest individual score in any category in the history of the Miss Universe contest. After winning the contest she joined the film industry making her onscreen debut in the film Andaaz. Dutta has had a successful film career and has done about 35 films. She also has her own Youtube channel that offers yoga tutorials particularly prenatal yoga videos.

2. Michelle McLean
McLean was born in Windhoek, Namibia. She was crowned Miss Universe in 1992 after placing fourth in the 1991 Miss World pageant. In 1995, McLean joined MNet as a presenter of a magazine show and later a continuity presenter. Since then she has been a presenter on various MNet shows and hosted a variety of pageants like Miss World 2009 and Miss South Africa 2010.
McLean is also the director of Engel & Volkers - Africa & Ireland Developments Division as well as the founder of Michelle McLean Children's Trust and Donna Terra.
She is currently married to former soccer player Gary Bailey and has a son from a previous marriage. According to Net Worth Post, McLean has a net worth $1,2million.
3. Olivia Culpo
Culpo was crowned Miss Universe in 2012. Culpo has acted in a few movies and has also played the cello with the Boston Accompanietta. Culpo first won Miss Rhode Island, which she entered when she was a model, and then won Miss USA.

4. Sushmita Sen
Sen is the first Indian to win the Miss Universe crown in 1994. After her reign, Sen debuted on the Bollywood film scene. She has acted in a total of 35 films. Sen also owns her own Bengali restaurant, a jewellery shop in Dubai and production company called Tantra Entertainment.

5. Leila Lopes
Leila Lopes is from Angola won the Miss Universe crown in 2011. After her reign, Lopes became actively involved in raising awareness about HIV/AIDS. Before being crowned Miss Universe, she attended the Suffolk UNiversity in Ipswich to study business management. Lopes has worked as a runway model and has graced the covers magazines like New African Woman.
Lopes is also a Drylands Ambassador to the United Nation Convention to Combat Desertification. She is married to former NFL player Osi Umenyiora.
