SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Comic-Con or Comic-Con as it is collectively known is seen as the biggest multi-genre entertainment and comic convention held every year in San Diego, California, United States.
The annual event is not only seen as celebration of nerd culture, but it also now extends to those fans who have obsession with anime, movies, television, graphic artists.
Comic-Con took place this past weekend, where some of the biggest movie and TV show trailers were released. There were also many fans who attended dressed as their favourite characters.
In 2010, the event filled the San Diego Convention Center to capacity with more than 130,000 attendees. The Comic-Con also holds several Guinness World Records including the largest annual comic and pop culture festival in the world
