Cape Town – Minutes of a high level meeting were circulated among journalists late on Tuesday.
This prompted the obvious question: "Why?"
Many Twitter users took to the leak, with some suggesting it was intentional.
The ANC was having none of it.
The party is set to hold a press conference on Wednesday where many of the issues raised in the minutes are believed to be addressed.
