Cape Town - Law enforcement officers were patrolling Parow when they were alerted to an outdoor dagga distribution house on Wednesday morning.
Officers were patrolling near the train station and a well known government higher education college, after a number of complaints of muggings taking place was received.
"A member of the public informed the officers about a place distributing outdoor dagga to students on an industrial scale, near to the train station," said Law Enforcement Inspector, Wayne Dyason.
"The officers went to the place in question and found almost 1kg of outdoor dagga."
Dyason said that three suspects, 1 female and 2 males were arrested and taken to Parow SAPS.
