DURBAN - Instagram beauty queen Nicole Nyaba has again sparked rumours she may be involved with the Supa Mega rapper, AKA.
The Durban-born model posted pictures of her seemingly at AKA's house on her Instagram story on Wednesday evening.
An AKA plaque was seen hanging on the wall. The rapper himself was pictured in a similar picture.
This immediately sparked rumours on social media that she was involved with the Touch My Blood rapper.
This would not be the first time Nyaba and AKA, whose real name is Kiernan Forbes, have been romantically linked as she once caused a stir when she was pictured next to the rapper’s BMW i8 outside a Johannesburg club.
Nyaba’s Instagram posts come just days after DJ Zinhle, who is the mother of AKA’s baby girl Kairo, gave an interview ahead of the Durban July to East Coast Radio’s Bongani Mtolo.
In the interview, which subsequently went viral on social media this week, DJ Zinhle was non-committal if she would or wouldn’t get back together with AKA, sparking the twitterati to declare that they would rekindle.
This after AKA and media personality Bonang Matheba ended their relationship earlier this year. AKA had allegedly cheated with Matheba while he was dating DJ Zinhle.
In the interview, DJ Zinhle said she had forgiven AKA and Matheba, and when asked if they would get back together, she said “I don’t know, I’m still trying to rediscover the love thing”.

Mtolo then quoted AKA, who told him a few weeks ago, that he was still in love with DJ Zinhle, to which she retorted laughing: “That’s what he told you, you don’t know for sure”.
And in May on SABC 3's Trending SA talk show, Nyaba dismissed rumours she was romantically involved with AKA.
“First of all, I was not AKA’s side chick, I was not the main, I was nothing to him, unfortunately, I didn’t know what Kiernan’s car would look like… to be honest with the whole of SA, I really didn’t know that was his car, I only found out afterwards when everyone was making a fuss about it. I had never been in that car”.
In the same interview, she said she was not in a relationship, but she did say “I like someone”.
