Nick Carter's wedding was filmed for a reality TV special.

The Backstreet Boys star tied the knot with Lauren Kitt in Santa Barbara, California on Saturday and fans will get a chance to watch their "emotional" big day later this year.

An eyewitness also told UsMagazine.com: "At the end of the ceremony they shared the longest wedding kiss I've ever seen. A full minute later they were still kissing. They seem crazy in love and thrilled to be married. You could feel the love bursting out of them."

The happy couple exchanged vows under an alter of white roses and hydrangeas with purple accents in front of guests, including the 34-year-old star's bandmates Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell and AJ McLean, whose daughter Ava was a flower girl.

The 'Everybody' hitmaker wrote his own vows and as he read them to his bride, she "reached out and put her hand on his chest."

Another source said: "Lauren held Nick's hand and dried tears from her eyes."

Fitness expert and aspiring actress Lauren, who wore a white strapless gown, carried a bouquet of white garden roses, peonies, and anemones, arranged by Petals LA, and vintage wood lanterns lined the rows of mismatched wooden chairs.

Production company Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment first began shopping around a half-hour documentary about the couple's wedding to cable networks in the US in March 2013, just one month after they got engaged, but it is not yet known which network will broadcast the show.
