An unprecedented cinematic journey ten years in the making and spanning the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios’ “ Avengers: Infinity War” brings to the screen the ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time.
The eagerly anticipated movie is the latest installment in the explosive film franchise which sees Iron Man, Thor and others join forces with the Guardians of the Galaxy to thwart a new foe named Thanos, before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe.
Marvel first showed off a teaser all the way back in July at parent company Disney’s D23 Expo, and again at San Diego Comic-Con, but for the vast majority of fans who weren’t in the audiences at those events, the trailer marks the first look at the film.
Avengers: Infinity War is set to be a major, game-changing film for Marvel Studios — that the story will spill over to a second, still-untitled Avengers movie set for release in 2019.
The film will be released in American cinemas on Friday, 4 May 2018.
