It appears Drum magazine managed to fool the entire country by suggesting that rapper Cassper Nyovest and TV personality and model Boity Thulo were getting married.
What else did they hope to suggest with these words: “Cassper pops the question and Boity says yes.”
But according to Boity Thulo, all Cassper ever asked was for her to be his girlfriend.
In an interview on Metro FM, thulo said: “He asked me to be his girlfriend. Not his wife”.
Drum appeared to back track in their online version of the article, but considering the misleading headline, the damage was already done.
Angry fans on social media sites made it known they were not amused.
