Jennifer Lopez has confessed she came close to a breakdown when she split from ex-fiancé Ben Affleck.
The Latin beauty, who is now married to third husband Marc Anthony, admits her world felt like it had collapsed around her when they called off their relationship.
She revealed: "Everything was out of control. I feel like I broke down."
However, Jennifer says the break-up gave her a chance to reevaluate her life and decide what she wanted for the future - and now she is happier than ever.
She explained: "It was a real soul-searching moment. Where am I in my life? What do I want?
"And now that I've come back, I feel like I'm starting over. I'm starting at the beginning."
Jennifer and Marc wed earlier this year, just six months after her split from Ben in January.
