Ed Westwick has removed posts denying allegations of sexual assault from his Twitter account.
The former 'Gossip Girl' star had previously taken to his social media page to maintain he had done nothing wrong late last year after Kristen Cohen claimed he'd raped her and Aurelie Wynn and Rachel Eck both accused him of sexual misconduct, but the posts have now been taken down.
A law enforcement source told Us Weekly magazine: "It has come to the attention of investigators that Mr. Westwick has removed denials about alleged rapes of the victims in this investigation from his social media accounts that he had posted last November."
It is not clear when he removed the posts, but he reportedly did so on the advice of his lawyer.
A source said: "It's his lawyer's policy for people to not use social media."
The news comes a few days after it was confirmed the allegations have been passed on to the Los Angeles District Attorney for review.
After Kristina accused Ed of raping her in 2014, the actor tweeted: "I do not know this woman. I have never forced myself in any manner, on any woman. I certainly have never committed rape."
Kristina's allegations then prompted a second claim from Aurélie, who alleged that a "similar" ordeal happened to her when she visited Ed's home with her boyfriend at the time, Mark Salling, and then another from Rachel, who claimed the actor had groped her breasts when she and her ex-boyfriend visited him at a villa in West Hollywood.
However, the 30-year-old actor - who was fired from BBC drama 'Ordeal by Innocence' in the wake of the claims - again took to social media to slam the allegations against him as "provably untrue", and insisted he would never do anything so "vile and horrific".
He wrote: "It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and provably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct.
"I have absolutely not, and am cooperating with the authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible.(sic)"
