London - Peaches Geldof's drug dealer is being hunted by police.

The body of the 25-year-old presenter was found at her home in Wrotham, Kent, last month and officers are now questioning friends and family after tests showed her death was "likely" linked to heroin use.

A Kent Police spokesperson told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "We can confirm an ongoing investigation into the supply of drugs in connection with the death of Peaches Geldof."

There was no evidence of drugs at the house she shared with her husband Thomas Cohen and their sons Astala, two, and Phaedra, 12 months, although police are trying to determine whether the house was cleaned up before officers arrived at the property.

Kent Police have refused to confirm or deny if Tom or anyone linked to Peaches has been spoken to since she was discovered but say there have been no arrests and no interviews under caution.

Her £1 million (about R17.7m) home was searched for two days with sniffer dogs after she was found slumped across the edge of a bed in her spare room, with one leg underneath her and the other hanging to the floor.

Meanwhile, sources have claimed Peaches was secretly visiting a rehab centre near to her home in the weeks before she died to collect prescriptions for methadone, a drug used to help addicts off heroin. - BANG Showbiz
