Shots were fired at local rapper AKA on Tuesday when other artists, including his archrival Cassper Nyovest claimed that his new track "Fela in Versace" only stormed the charts because of payola.

Supa Mega's superfans, the Megacy, were not impressed by these claims, however, instead of catching feelings, they used their heads, and created the hashtag #AKApaidme,

PAYOLA!!!! https://t.co/tGSECyePCS

— R.M Phoolo (@CassperNyovest) September 17, 2018

Mocking the payola claims with memes and funny quotes such as: "#AkaPaidMe to know each and every line on Composure"  and "#AkaPaidMe to use these cool memes".

The hashtag quickly started trending with AKA getting wind of this and laughing at the whole situation.

No ways 😂😂😂 y’all taking this too far. https://t.co/xhMN91PGy3
