Paris Jackson got down on her hands and knees and scrubbed Michael Jackson's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame after it was vandalised.
The 20-year-old actress has lashed out at the "disrespectful" people who had scribbled red graffiti all over the monument, which was presented to King of Pop in 1984 - after she spent all day trying to restore it to its original condition.
Taking to her Instagram account, the blonde beauty uploaded a photograph of her kneeling beside the star as she rubbed a damp cloth across the writing.
She captioned it: "some people have no f*****g respect. i understand that there is a difference between the radio emblem and the record, but a name is a name (sic)"
Paris later took to her Twitter account to state that she had grabbed a bottle of acetone after her friend informed her that the star had been defaced with red paint.
She wrote: "I was at my friend apt that lives basically next door this morning and another buddy of mine said he saw this last night. Thankfully there was a walgreens half a block away... justa bit of acetone bishhhh (sic)".
thanks man. i was at my friend apt that lives basically next door this morning and another buddy of mine said he saw this last night. thankfully there was a walgreens half a block away. apparently it’s not his actual star but hey that’s still his name. justa bit of acetone bishhh https://t.co/qSP8PIPyHb— Paris-Michael K. Michael tragically died in 2009 from acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication but Paris has claimed she's always felt his presence since his passing.
