Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Joe Alwyn reportedly went on a double date with Blake Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds over the weekend during their stay in Rhode Island.
The 27-year-old singer has recently started dating the 26-year-old actor and during their trip to Rhode Island, where the 'Bad Blood' hitmaker has accommodation, they decided to link up with the former 'Gossip Girl' actress and her 40-year-old spouse, Us Weekly has reported.
But this is not the first time the blonde-haired musician has taken her beau to meet the famous couple, as she celebrated American Independence Day on July 4 last year with her former flame Tom Hiddleston, Blake and Ryan, as well as two other guests at the same New England spot.
The pair are inseparable and since they have returned to Taylor's New York City apartment they have continued to spend quality time with one another, and have even proved their love for one another by sporting matching jumpers.
A source said: "Taylor had her massive security team set up so it would look as though [she] was going to walk through the front door, but then a security car pulled to the back of the building.
"Taylor and Joe ran in wearing matching hoodies and covered by umbrellas."
And it is believed the couple are the "real deal" and, although they have only been dating for a few months, their romance has become "very serious".
A separate source previously said: "Taylor and Joe are the real deal, this is a very serious relationship."
But the duo are desperate to keep their relationship as private as possible following Taylor's split from the 36-year-old 'Avengers' star, who she dated for three months before they went their separate ways in September last year.
The insider added: "But after what happened with Tom Hiddleston, they were determined to keep it quiet."
