Just days after US rapper XXXTentacion was gunned down, he's mother has taken to social media to reveal that her 20-year-old son was preparing to become a father at the time of his death.
On Thursday, the late rapper's mom, Cleopatra Bernard, took to Instagram to share a photo of an ultrasound, captioned: ""He left us a final gift". Bernard did not reveal who the expectant mother was, but according to the text on the ultrasound picture, she's about eight weeks along.

The same photo was shared on XXXTentacion's Instagram page, alongside the caption: "baby jah #longlivejahseh (sic)
The controversial rapper, whose real name was Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, was fatally shot late Monday afternoon as he was leaving RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Detectives said Onfroy was approached by two armed men, and that the shooting may have been part of a robbery.

On Thursday, The Broward County Sheriff's Office announced that they arrested a suspect in the murder, Dedrick Devonshay Williams, on Wednesday. Williams was charged with one count of first-degree murder.
Police are still seeking a second suspect.
