Local presenter Bonang Matheba and "Idols SA" judge Somizi seem to be at a better place as the two were very playful at the #DStvMVCA launch in Santon on Tuesday.
While the main focus of the event was to hear who the nominees for the DStv Mzansi Viewers Choice awards are. It was Matheba's special shoutout to Somgaga that left people shook.
In a video clip from the launch, Matheba is opening the event and welcoming everyone and took the time to specifically greet Somizi with a "Hello Somgaga!" which had the crowd in stitches.

It didn't stop there though. When the nominees for Favourite Personality of the Year were announced which included Matheba and Somizi, along with Papa Penny Ahee, Nomzamo Mbatha and Kagiso Rabada.
The "Being Bonang" star told Somizi to "go mobilise your fans to vote".
Somizi then replied with: "Yasss honey, hae du?" and Matheba then responded with, "Ya tsamaya!".
This comes after Somizi revealed in "Behind the Story with Pearl Thusi" that he doesn't think about her and would rather not talk about her.
It seems that all it took was a certain "Beyonce" rapper to exit stage left for the two personalities to start to mend fences.
