Among the 50 000 or so revellers at the Vodacom Durban July on Saturday, you were bound to catch a glimpse of Mzansi's most elite TV and social media personalities, snapping pictures and swaying to the latest hits.
We spotted media favourite Zodwa Wabantu wearing a provocative lace dress with cut outs on on her hips.

Right behind her was another entertainment queen Babes Wodumo wearing a beaded grey gown, flanked by her dancers and crew.

Tents that drew the most attention from this elite crowd were the Soweto VIP Marquee, where scantily dressed Ciroc dancers welcomed the attendees. House was the music of choice as icy vodka cocktails flowed. This is also where Wabantu was stationed.
Rapper Cassper Nyovest also made an appearance here.

Another favourite was the exclusive Chaise Lounge, where most of the VIP guests were gathered. We spotted E! Entertainment Host Katleho Sinivasan looking dapper in a fitted suit.

As always the July was filled with A-list celebrities that came from all over the country and the continent.
From models to actresses, presenters to socialites, the who's who were present.
Minnie Dlamini, who was celebrating her birthday, made an entrance with her husband Quinton Jones. The couple both wore garments by Greg Johan Coetzee.

Presenter Boity Thulo was also present and although she is a July regular she did admit that placing a bet has never been on her radar.
Other celebrities included The Queen actress Rami Chuene, Idols judge Unathi and Idols host Proverb as well as actress Nomzamo Mbatha.

When asked what he was looking forward to, DJ and produce Shimza, who just flew in from Ibiza, Spain said “entertaining people and keeping the dance floor full”.
Celebrities kept their glasses filled with champagne and never ran out. Babes Wodumo was also present to perform at the Boomtown Marquee while Euphonik kept the crowds at Opulence Marquee.
Among the “sashes” was Mrs South Africa finalist. Jo-Ann Barnwell - a stunner in an ensemble by Carol Clark Designs. Her make up was done by Charelle Cassie McAllister and her hair was styled by Hoi Polloi Hair Design.
