Tweeps were not feeling the unnecessary shade thrown and the local star with some saying that the account manager was being a cyberbully and saying that it was being a troll.

Was it necessary, really??? You think its ok to single Khanyi out?? Replace this post with appropriate one. This is subtle bullying at its best. Shocked

:Whichever troll composed this tweet, failed tragically to highlight that ALL complexions NEED SUNSCREEN! NONE OF US ARE SAFE FROM THE SUN'S RAYS, EVEN WITH THE EXTRA MELANIN!! SKIN CANCER IS NO JOKE!

Speaking to TsishaLIVE about the shady tweet, Mbau said she was unbothered by the tweet and that as a public figure she is bound to evoke emotion out of people.

"No! I have no issue with the tweet or how people may feel about me. I am a public figure, I am bound to evoke emotion in many."
