Veteran radio presenter Jeremy Mansfield is set to make a radio return on 1 November following Sasha Martinengo's controversial exit from Hot 91.9FM earlier this month. Martinengo was dismissed following comments made on-air.

During the breakfast show Martinengo said; "[And] people still listen to this monkey," referring to EFF leader, Julius Malema. He was removed from the show shortly after.

The star will reunite with former co-host Sam Cowen,  along with John Walland, Karabo Yibe and award-winning producer Will Scott in an all-new breakfast show titled, "Mansfield in the Morning".

Mansfield in the Morning will air weekdays from 6am to 9am from next week Thursday.
