Local entertainer Skolopad celebrated her 35th birthday in the hospital over the weekend following a car accident.
While things seemingly looked as if it was going Skolopad's way in September after the singer announced her engagement and worked closely with DJ Malinga on a new song.
The singer, however, hit a stumbling block in late September after she was left injured in a car accident, along with her daughter and two other passengers, when she lost control of her car on her way to Qwa Qwa.
However, the accident didn't stop Skolopad from celebrating her birthday with family and friends at the weekend, with the singer posting a picture of her "hospital bed" party on social media.

The singer followed that post with a picture of her leg with several surgical staples with her still recovering from the accident.
