Local entertainer Skolopad is officially off the market with the singer sharing the happy news of her engagement on Instagram.
Skolopad has had a tumultuous year, thus far. The singer was admitted to hospital after a pill overdose, she went to twar with a promoter who wanted to pay her in exposure and had to do the Vodacom Durban July on a budget because she wasn't "famous enough" to get sponsors.
However, things have been getting better with the singer getting the opportunity to perform with Dr Malinga in August and now she's celebrating her sudden engagement.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Skolopad shared pictures of her in white on a boat flexing her engagement ring with the caption, "Love doesn't ask why. I JUST SAID YES".

This came as a surprise to her fans since Skolopad previously stated she prefers dating married men. It seems that love has changed her views and her fans can't be happier for her with them posting congratulatory comments to the posts.
Skolopad still has to reveal the mystery man who put a ring on it but we are glad that she has found more happiness in her life.
