While most of us are regretting the copious amounts of food we ate over this festive season that put a dent in the summer bodies we worked so hard for, one South African isn't. Model and media personality Maps Maponyane took to Instagram yesterday to post a few sultry pictures of his, yes you guessed it, chiseled abs and muscular arms. The TV presenter rang in the new year in Cape Town and wasted no time posting his "Day 1" pictures.
Already on almost 10 thousand likes each, the pictures are a reminder of why we don't need Monday as an excuse to crush on Maps because he is our everyday man crush. Just look at that smile.
