The Bokeh South African International Lifestyle and Fashion Film Festival continues to grow in size, recognition and projects.

Design, Music and Technology are now added to Fashion and Film as the five core pillars that make up the festival.

Three exciting run up events will launch the new festival; the media launches will take place in Cape Town on the 03 May, Johannesburg on the 10 May and Durban on the 12 May 2018.

With Savanna Loco now on board, the festival bids farewell to a fruitful Headline Partnership with Mercedes-Benz, after four years as the presenting sponsor and successfully bringing meaningful awareness to both the brands.

“The relationship with Mercedes-Benz has lead us to this point, where we welcome a new direction to the festival as a lifestyle brand and are excited to introduce new avenues, such as Bokeh Fashion Film TV,” says Bokeh festival founder Adrian Lazarus.

As well as a TV show, this year, the festival is excited to be publishing the third edition of the Bokeh Magazine, which will launch at the main red-carpet gala events taking place in both Johannesburg and Cape Town this September.

Last year saw over 600 film submissions from 58 countries and 2018 is expected to break further records with even more submissions.

The Gala Events of the Bokeh SA International Lifestyle and Fashion Film Festival presented by Savanna Loco will take place from the 20th to the 29th of September 2018 in both Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Film submissions to the festival close on the 31st of July 2018.
