It has been reported that a producer wanted to cast Padukone or Kaif for his upcoming film, but the duo’s fees made him change his mind.
“I wanted Deepika Padukone or Katrina Kaif for the female lead.
“I quickly scampered away when I heard the price they quoted, and signed a less pricey A-lister.”
