Viktor claims that the music video features visuals from her 'Constellations' artwork without her authentication. She also claims that her and her lawyers have been unable to contact Top Dawg Entertainment CEO Anthony Tiffith.

If Viktor's lawsuit is successful, Kendrick Lamar would be prevented from using any of Lina Viktor's 'Constellations' artwork in the promotion of the song or any other of Viktor's artwork , and he would also have to pay damages to Lina Viktor.
