On August 10, Jason Mraz will release his new album, "Know". One of the tracks that will be leading this new release is "More Than Friends", featuring "All About That Bass" hitmaker, Meghan Trainor.

The song explores a person’s attempt to escape the friend-zone. They both admit that it’s not easy to say that you want more than just a friendship with someone. In her verse, Meghan even says she no longer wants to sound foolish.

On making this track, Meghan said: “I loved working with Jason. I had to pretend I wasn’t freaking out the whole time as I’m his biggest fan. Not only is he so talented, but he’s extremely humble and kind too.”

Taking to his Instagram account, Mraz also sang Trainor's praise. Sharing an audio teaser of their track, her wrote: "There are few artists as talented, joyful, and present as Megan Trainor. I’ve been fortunate to witness this firsthand in the studio with Meghan creating “More Than Friends.”

There are few artists as talented, joyful, and present as @meghan_trainor. I’ve been fortunate to witness this firsthand in the studio with Meghan creating “More Than Friends,” the newest early-release track from my forthcoming album Know. Share it with someone you’d love to love more than friends. :) (Lyric video link in Story)
