Fresh off releasing the ultra-infectious "Drive", a collaboration with our very own Black Coffee, David Guetta is back in the news.

But not for his new album, "7", which is very personal to him. So personal, in fact, this is what he told the BBC’s Pete Tong: ’’7 represents a full cycle to me and that’s why I wanted to go back to the beginning of the cycle.”

“I originally started in underground house music, playing all the raves and underground clubs in Paris. I wanted to make music just for fun, with absolutely no commercial approach to it. I want to make every type of music that I like, I’m doing it for the love of music.’’

This is why Guetta has relaunched a label and even taken the label’s name as his new alias Jack Back. The Jack Back Mixtape consists of 12 tracks which can be found as an additional component of 7 and it represents his need to go back to the underground and create without the pressure of his fame.
