June is going to be a good month for South African hip hop. Nasty C is getting ready to deliver his baby, Strings and Bling, after labouring for months penning lyrics that would remind people why he is still running with the new school baton.
The first fruit from that is King featuring A$AP Ferg. Tonight, Nasty C will debut this song on Ebro’s Beats 1 Radio show. The drop will be accompanied by an interview with the New York hip hop DJ. It’s been a long time since we heard some new music from Nasty C. After all, the 21-year-old’s award-winning debut album, Bad Hair, and its re-release, Bad Hair Extensions, were tough acts to follow.
