Berlin - Thomas Markle has wished his daughter Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, all the best after their wedding in Windsor, England, according to celebrity news website TMZ.
"My baby looks beautiful and she looks very happy. I wish I were there and I wish them all my love and all happiness," Markle, who was meant to walk Meghan down the aisle, but couldn't attend the wedding for health reasons, told TMZ.

The magazine quoted him as saying that watching the ceremony was "emotional and joyful."
The 73-year-old is recovering in California following a heart operation, TMZ reported.
