The four up-and-coming chefs on Chopped compete to do just this before a panel of three judges. The chefs must transform their simple yet demanding ingredients into delectable dishes. They have just seconds to scrutinise their mystery ingredients and plan their creative approach, followed by 30 minutes to cook, but who will face the chop?
