On Thursday, the Television Academy revealed the nominations for the 2018 Emmy Awards.

You'll also see some notable names missing. Jeffrey Tambor of "Transparent," who has won best comedy actor twice, dropped out of the Emmy race for the Amazon show after allegations of sexual harassment resulted in his departure from the series (though there's still a chance he could be nominated for his turn as patriarch George Bluth in Netflix's "Arrested Development). Netflix's "House of Cards" was temporarily shut down after accusations of abuse against Kevin Spacey, and the drama will miss out on nominations for the first time in five years.

HBO's "Veep" star Julia Louis-Dreyfus has won the best comedy actress trophy six years running, but the series (the reigning best comedy winner for the past three years) went on hiatus while she was undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Louis-Dreyfus's co-star recently confirmed the show's final season will resume filming in August and air next year.

The Emmy Awards air on Monday, Sept. 17, on NBC, hosted by "Saturday Night Live" stars Michael Che and Colin Jost.
