If there's one thing we know about veteran actress Lillian Dube, it's that she speaks her mind.
During a recent interview with "SABC 1's Sport at 10" anchor Thomas Mlambo — as part of the broadcaster's Women's Month campaign — the conversation turned awkward when Dube asked him: "You don't suck a titty? What do you suck?"

A video of the exchange soon went viral on social media, with Mlambo responding to some of the comments. He told one user: "Nowhere to hide...and you just have to respect when a mother figure is speaking."

This isn't the first time Mam Dube, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007, spoke candidly about how sucking breasts can help detect lumps. She also previous encouraged women to play with their partners' balls for the same reason.

In 2015, Dube, who was in remission, discovered that the cancer cells had reappeared underwent a single mastectomy after the recurrence of cancer in her right breast.
And during a recent interview with City Press, Dube also got candid about her sex life.
Dube said women should stop looking for love in all the wrong places, insisting that no one can be responsible for someone else's happiness. And then she fessed up to having a selection of sex toys.
