RAW is an event which happens every second week that showcases artists from all genres, in a bid to offer a platform for local talent.

RAW began in 2016 as a small open mic evening called, Express Yourself. Prior to winning the Voice SA, Craig Lucas graced the stage at RAW, a star in the making..

Keagan Williams (professional singer/guitarist) was the original host, and did an amazing job managing stage and sound.

Chad Isaacs is the man who wrangles a diverse selection of artists while Lunga Tshuka (beatboxer / comedian / dancer / MC) then joined the passion project as the face of RAW. Lunga is a multi-talented host who is in charge of keeping the artists happy, and ensures the audience is entertained at all times.

Julian Schouw (stage and lighting specialist) completes the Real Art Wednesday team. This experienced technician has worked on the biggest stages in South Africa. Julian's role at RAW is simply to ensure that every single performer gets the best sound possible for their performance.

Catch bands Chasing Time; Signature SA and The Liam Webb Band along with beatboxer Benz; comedians Reagan Allen and Phil de Lange, rappers Feroh Royal; Kiiing Leo and Spiroh; and singers Craig Jordan, Kirby Jo and Jean Citto among others, today Sunday March 11 from 6pm.

This multi-talented show will be hosted by Tshuka and headlined by Keeno Lee. It starts at 8pm with tickers priced at a reasonable R60 a person, available at Webtickets.
