The city's oldest charity organisation, Community Chest is uniting the city for charity with their annual fancy dress up event.

The annual event is celebrating its 34th birthday unofficially earmarks the start of the festive season in the City.

The event is expected to attract in excess of ten thousand fun walkers, runners and skaters this year who will strut their way from Darling Street at the Grand Parade for 4km through the side streets of the CBD and back to the starting point.

Online registrations close on 27th November.

It should be noted that this event strictly prohibits alcohol on the route and no alcohol is to be brought into the Twilight Festival area on the Grand Parade however, alcohol can be bought at the licensed entertainment areas at the event.
