- Barker and Tiley: An art exhibition of acrylics and watercolours is being held at the Manor Gallery, Norscot Manor, Penguin Drive, Fourways, by artists Angela M Barker (from Lonehill) and Al Tiley, who resides in Clarens.

The exhibition will run from the September 10 to 24 and will be officially opened by Ann Patras, the Administration Manager of the Watercolour Society of South Africa, at 4.30pm on Saturday September 10. For more information, call 011-465-7934

- Triptychs: This is an exhibition of artworks by artists Allan Cross, Marié Pieters, Rose-Marie Schutze, Marcelle Joubert, Sanolien Gouws, Susan Dreyer, Rita Schubert, Sanmarie Harms, Annette McLachlan, Tania Swarts, Theona Truter, Marita Steenekamp, Minette Steenekamp and Christien Herbst.

The exhibition is opening on Sunday, September 18, at 5.30pm at the Artspace Fine Art Gallery, 3 Hetty Avenue, Fairlands, Johannesburg. It runs until September 27. For more information, please call 011-678-1206.

- Dialogues at Constitution Hill: This is an exhibition of recent works by artist Richard Smith, which will open at Constitution Hill as part of its public programmes. It is a body of work produced by the artist during a period of near seclusion in his home near Cape Town.

It will be opened by arts writer and Artthrob News Editor Robyn Sassen at 6pm on September 13. The exhibition will close on October 2, and is situated at the Temporary Exhibition Space, The Old Fort, Constitution Hill, 1 Kotze Street. For details, call Teresa Lizamore on 082 651 4701
