Karen Zoid will set the stage alight later this month at the Time Square’s Sun Arena, Tshwane.

Joining her are some of the country’s most prolific artists, including ex Parlotones singer and The Voice judge, Kahn Morbee, Zolani Mahola (Freshlyground), Jo Black, lead singer Vusi Mahlasela and front man Ross Learmonth of Prime Circle with a special appearance by Mielie Senekal.

The award winning Karen, also well known as one of the four judges on M-net’s talent search show, The Voice - has been in the music industry for more than a decade and will be performing hits from her awarding winning TV show, Republiek van Zoid Afrika.

The artist continues to blow her audience away with her energetic guitar solos, emotionally charged lyrics and witty sense of humour. And her music has, without a doubt, shaped our culture and she has dominated the airwaves for the past decade.

Karen’s received numerous awards and has had more than 32 number one hit singles on iTunes.

She’s performed with the likes of Annie Lennox, John Mayer and Metallica and, according to TIME Magazine, she’s an icon in the South African music scene.

Tickets are on sale at Computicket from R195 to R500.

Republiek van Zoid Afrika airs on Thursdays at 8.30pm on kykNET DStv channel144.
