London - Prince William wants to have two children with the Duchess of Cambridge.

The royal, the second in line to the British throne, and his wife landed in Singapore, the first stop of their Asian tour, yesterday (11.09.12) where William revealed his family plans.

The prince was taking part in a walkabout at the Gardens by the Bay attraction when he was asked by a young boy how big a family he would like.

He immediately answered: "Two"

The royal couple were greeted by over 3,000 excited people who had come out to greet them, waving flags and banners.

Jaz Heber Percy, 13, asked the pair what powers they would have if they could be a superhero.

William - the Duke of Cambridge - replied: "That's a hard question - I'm not sure. I'll have to think about it. I think invisibility."

Jaz also asked Duchess Catherine - who before her marriage was known as Kate Middleton - the same question, later telling the Daily Mail newspaper: "Kate said she had to be invisible if Prince William was, otherwise he would be able to sneak up on her."

Jaz's friend, Charlotte Phillipson, 13, said: "She found it really tricky to answer."

The royal couple are in Asia to represent Queen Elizabeth during her 60th year Jubilee and strengthen diplomatic relations.
