Durban - Rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer, Anatii, has now launched his signature cocktail, The Courvoisier Wave which is certain to make a splash as one of the most refreshing cocktails over the summer season.
"I wanted to go beyond the boundaries expanding on how the bold flavour of cognac can be fused with a sweet tropical flavour to give it a whole new dimension and wave," says the Cape Town based hit maker of When It Rains.
Easy to make, the cocktail’s ingredients include Courvoisier VSOP, which is selected for its delicate bouquet and excellent balance of flavours - the perfect cognac for mixing. A Parisian classic, the VSOP also leaves room for experimentation.
The cocktail consists of lemon Juice, pineapple juice and orange Juice, along with of paprika infused almond syrup. The drink is then garnished with dehydrated pineapple, fresh mint and an edible flower and lots of ice making it the the perfect drink to mix at home as the temperature heats up and the festive season kicks in.

Courvoisier VSOP 50 ml
Lemon Juice 12.5 ml
Pineapple Juice 75ml
Orange Juice 25 ml
Paprika Infused Almond Syrup 20 ml
