London - Eight out of ten parents say the pace of modern life is wearing them out.
A survey of 2 000 mothers and fathers found that two-thirds feel the pressure of trying to be the perfect parent.
Constant tidying up was one of the biggest stress factors, with nearly 50 percent of those surveyed saying they wish they had a cleaner.
And eight percent said their lives were so hectic they rarely found time to sit down as a family for breakfast like they did with their own parents.
