Colour Bursting Coleslaw (Serves 6)
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup white wine or spirit vinegar
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
3 cups cabbage white finely chopped
3 cups cabbage red finely chopped
2 medium carrots grated coarsely
Salt & pepper for seasoning
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sweet chilli on a small bowl then add to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
If the salad is still dry add 1/4 cup mayonnaise and stir to combine.
The flavour of this salad is creamy with a touch of sweet & sour.
Notes: the salad keeps in the fridge for 3 days
