95 @ Parks in Constantia has got a menu that all on it's own will heat you up from the inside out — but add in a glass of Roodeberg and you have the perfect combination.
Roodeberg's first vintage was in 1949 but has only been locally available since 2004.

As part of it's partnership with Italian chef Giorgio Nava, this month diners will receive a complimentary glass of Roodeberg when entering 95 @ Parks.
Part of the wine's charm is that it's always been a South African icon even when it wasn't available on home soil.

Chef Nava has a personal connection with the wine label, his first sip of Roodeberg was in Holland when he was fresh out of chef training and working at a Dutch hotel. Now he says he's happy to have the wine compliment his dishes.
To pair the wine with the perfect Italian flavours wasn't difficult. Chef Nava first served Polenta Lingua e Cotenchino - Burrata e Salsa Verde which is yellow maize polenta, veal tongue, Cotechino salami with salsa verde and burrata mozzarella.
This was followed by Milanese risotto with veal ossobuco reduction and a cheese platter with Italian Mostarda for dessert.
