Enjoying a glass of sparkling wine must be one of life’s sophisticated pleasures.

With J.C. Le Roux’s latest drier Vibrazio range you can indulge in an adult treat by make your very own popsicles.

The Vibrazio Sauvignon Blanc, Demi-Sec and Demi-Sec Rosé offer a lively display of fruit and elegance, exquisite balance and playful taste profile.

Breaking too the mould on how sparkling wine should be enjoyed, Vibrazio is best served in a wide brim stemmed glass with orange or grapefruit zest. The citrus freshness enhances the sparkling wine’s fruit flavours and adds zest to the cascade of bubbles.

Beautifully balanced and dry the Vibrazio Sauvignon Blanc is refreshing and lively with litchi, pineapple and granadilla flavours.

The Vibrazio Demi-Sec is off-dry with lively fruity notes of upfront pear and litchi with a slightly sweet finish. With its alluring salmon blush colour and inviting taste profile the Vibrazio Demi-Sec Rosé is a vibrant display of sweet berries, plums and tropical fruit.

The range is versatile and very occasion-friendly. Choose a day, any day, and enjoy a glass on its own or with oysters, light salads, tapas, fish on the braai or a stone-baked parma ham pizza with fresh basil.

Make sure you have a bottle chilled in your fridge for impromptu enjoyment.
