Celebrate New Year’s Eve like a true Italian with a 6-course feast with award winning Chef-proprietor Giorgio Nava.
All three his restaurants in the 95 Collection, the original 95 Keerom in the CBD, 95 at Parks in Constantia and 95 At Morgenster in the Winelands, as well as both Carne SA in Keerom Street and Carne on Kloof in the vibrant Kloof Street precinct, will be open for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
Each restaurant will serve an individually crafted New Year’s Eve set menu of classic Italian gems at R900 per person.
Delicious antipasti, silky smooth, hand-made ravioli, sea bass, Mozambican prawns or juicy fillet. All the menus will culminate with one of Chef Giorgio’s favourite festive desserts, traditional pandoro cake served with marsala zabaglione cream and summer fruit.
“New Year is a time for celebration and we would like to treat our guests to a real Italian food experience from antipasti, primi piatti, secondi right through to dolci,” says Chef Giorgio.

In keeping with Italian tradition, lentils have been included in one of the courses at 95 Keerom and 95 at Parks. “Italians serve lentils for the New Year as they are thought to bring good luck. Each lentil represents a coin – the more you eat the luckier you’ll be in 2018,” he quips.
2018 will be Chef Giorgio’s 15th year as flag bearer for authentic Italian dining in Cape Town. Known for his uncompromising Milanese style, he is a master of delicious, authentic food that lets all the ingredients on the plate speak for themselves in true Italian minimalist fashion.
