Citrus has been used to flavour drinks and dishes for many years, but in the last ten years has become somewhat of a trend as consumers drive the perception of flowers, teas and exotic fruits as healthy and unique flavour enhancers.

In addition, the trend of pairing alcohol and food has seen a revival in recent years, facilitating new flavour combinations and signature tastes.

The House of Angostura’s citrus flavoured Orange Bitters is a complex blend of tropical oranges and spices.

It is a versatile product that works incredibly well with vodka, gin and whisky, and adds a depth of flavour to rum cocktails. It is also a culinary must-have, perfect for savoury sauces, seafood dishes and combining with chocolate recipes.

Suitable for all diets Angostura Aromatic Bitters and Angostura Orange Bitters are sodium and gluten-free, vegan and kosher certified.
