This quick and easy curry noodle salad is perfect for adding to your braai this Sunday.
Any noodle pasta cooked as per packet instructions.
1 medium size onion finely chopped
Red and green pepper finely chopped
1/4 cup of cooking oil
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 cup of chutney
1 cup of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of vinegar
1 cup of chili sauce
3-4 tablespoons of sugar
1 carrot finely grated (optional)
In a pan sauté/ fry the onions, green pepper and red pepper with a tablespoon of oil for about 5 minutes, you may add your curry powder at this stage. Add to the cooked and drained pasta with all the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, chill in fridge covered. Serve with roasted chicken or Delicious braai or eat on it's own. Delicious !!!
