A large slice of Mediterranean Delicacies Dutch Gouda Cheese
Carrots

Method
Place a large leaf of lettuce as the base.
Place a slice of cheese in the centre and cut out holes as shown in the photo.
Cut egg in half and arrange around the cheese.
Slice the thinner end of a carrot and cut in half for the ears.
Dot with olives for the eyes.
Use a strip of red pepper or tomato for the mouth.
